DirectXTM Version Problems
Freecell3D needs version 7 or later of DirectX to run. The latest version can usually be downloaded from the Microsoft Website here.
Alternatively, you might find version 7 or later on the cover-disk of a magazine you have purchased recently.
DirectX version 8 is included in Windows XP, and 2000. DirectX version 7 is included in Windows ME. Windows 95 and 98 were shipped with earlier versions. It is not possible to install DirectX 7 on Windows NT® which is why Freecell3D does not run on this platform.
