Setting Move Options
This section controls how the cards are moved, both by the user and by Freecell3D during Automatic Moves.
This sets how the cards are moved manually. For more information see Moving Cards. The options are:
- Drag Cards: The cards are moved by dragging using the mouse or pointing device.
- Point and Click: The cards are moved by first clicking the card to be moved and then clicking on the required destination.
If this is set the cards will be 50% transparent as they are dragged. Some older graphics cards might not support this feature.
With this option Freecell3D will automatically move cards to the Home Cells if the move is possible and the card is no longer useful. This will need to be enabled to use some published Freecell solutions which omit the auto-moved cards.
If set, Freecell3D will finish the game for you when the all cards are sorted in ascending order and alternating color in the Columns. See Using Auto Finish.
With this option set, double clicking a column with the left mouse button will move the topmost card to an empty free cell (if there is one).
This sets the rate at which the cards are moved by by Freecell3D (eg when using the Solver or Goto). Move the slider to the required setting. "Fast" is approximately ten moves per second and "slow" is one move per second.
This option causes the cards to glide smoothly to their destinations when automatic moves are made. You may find this places too much of a burden on PCs with slow processors and/or older graphics cards.
Here you can set the height above the table that the cards reach during animated moves
